back to updates =)

yesterday was dearie's bdae. the night before we went for fitting again. Duh~! I put on weight again. Need to alter 2 more inches. Haha. Ricky went for the fitting too. Dearie's suit was ready. So he brought his n FIL's home. Went Giant with Dearie's family after which. Nv buy anything special. After which cabbed home. Mummy went to Jp's Bengawan Solo to buy birthday cake for Dearie. It was meant to be a surprise. She asked the Musketeers over for cake cutting too. But Dearie was too clever laa.. He guessed there will be a celebration. Hees. Mummy brought out the cake when the time came. Dearie was touched. Hees. We sang birthday song for him. Even Peppy joined in the fun. After eating the cake, we all went to bed. Yawns. Hope dearie is happy.

dearie was on leave yesterday. i took half day off. wanted to go to Chinese garden de. End up, i sleep like a log laa. Hees. Went over to papa's home. Papa intentionally walked to buy 麵線 for Dearie. Birthday must eat de. Hees. Papa's cooking was superb. Hot enough. Papa loves Dearie too. After dinner, we walked home. Supposed to bring Peppy go take lantern at the garden nearby de. But Dearie want to watch tv. His birthday mah, so let him decide lohs. Haha. After Tv, we cleared the wardrobe as the new bedroom set is coming on Friday. We all had fun. Lots of my clothes were dumped. Sobs. All the bear bear also thrown away. Dearie say buy new one for me. Hees. Then okay lohs. i throw away all =). *smirk* anw, i only gave dearie an angbao for his birthday.

Some updates on BB's progress:

Nearly four-inch long baby is happily mobile inside the womb. When sneezing, coughing or laughing, it results in a little kick here or a poke there. Although the poking and kicking isn't very charming during sleeping hours, it’s a good sign as it means baby is actually reacting to outside events. Yay! One active healthy baby! The little elbows and knees are bending more freely this week and the little legs are finally growing longer than the arms and getting pumped up for prenatal Richard Simmons. Many of the major organ systems are increasing in capacity—particularly that amazing tiny heart and complex circulation system, which is now pumping about 25 quarts of blood per day, and will increase to a very impressive 200 quarts per day by the end of the pregnancy. As far as hair goes, we’ve got some new scalp patterns beginning to develop on the head, although actual head hair is not yet present.

Same thing. Very very busy these few days, thus the lacks of updates. Hehs. Friday after work met up with Darling Aw for dinner. We ate our favourite Sze Chuan together. After dinner we played a game of billiard then she went to meet her Bf. It's so nice meeting up with Darling! HAd loads of hiccups on the wedding thingy. Thanks to darling aw, she helped me settled them. I love her! Accompanied Dearie play Dota for one whole damn hour. I can't believe I can do that. Hees. Dearie was touched! After his Dota, all of us went to Macdonalds for supper. Yummy, Yum Yum! Dearie said he dreaded Mac. But I'm loving it laa.. Haha =) After supper, we cabbed home straight. I was too tired.

Saturday woke up very early despite sleeping so late the previous night. All thanks to my precious hubby! He kena awoken by Peppy so he also come and disturb me. Idiot! Haha.. I grew hungry.. so Dearie and I washed up and went to buy some groceries. Ended up, I so lazy wait for Dearie to cook, I bought Nasi Lemak. Dearie fried some chicken wings for me to go with. In the end, he ate the most cos my cravings died. Haha =) Was supposed to go shopping de. But i was too lazy. So I told Dearie we just go market there loh. Ended up, I slept til the sun got missing! LOLs. Bathed and we headed to ah ma's home for dinner. Watched their game of MJ then ate a little dinner. After which, I cabbed home as Granny was coming over while Dearie cabbed to meet his friends. When I reached home, Ivan bought my dinner. Heng ar! Cos i was still so hungry! After dinner, we played two poks of MJ then headed to bed straight. zzZZzzZZz.

Sunday woke up early as it was 'Guo Da Li' day. Cleaned the house together with Granny. Grew famished thus went Jp with Granny to buy our b-lunch. Hurried home aftermath as Dearie called to say they are on their way. All my relatives came over to witness the customary. Soon, Dearie arrived with the matchmaker who is BY aunty. They bought the '4 Dian Jin', fruit tarts, pork, bridal price and loads of the other traditional thingys. Wow! In exchange, Granny passed her the angbaos we had for Dearie's family. The old people say, 'Guo Da Li' day is even more important than the actual customary marry-over. However, it only took less than an hour. Haha. The '4 Dian Jin' is beautiful.. Mummy also said so. Hees. Thanks, future MIL. =)

Mummy came back from Thailand yesterday evening. I missed her so much! Peppy leaped onto her as she entered the gate. Hees. Peppy missed Mummy too. Mummy bought me a new top and a pair of Mickey's slippers. Wow..the slippers are adorable loh! I like it very much. All of us headed to Pioneer Mall for dinner. It's so nice having everyone present. I told Dearie how much I missed Mummy when she was away. Dearie said jialat liao, next time moved to our new flats, how? Hees. After dinner, Dearie and I took a walk in the garden. There's a mooncake festival celebration there. Wow.. there were many kids. Tons of them! They were playing with their lanterns and candles. It looked so fun! Hees. Stood around to listen to the Ming Zhu Jiemei's live songs. They are good wors! Called mummy to catch their live performance too. Hees. Headed back home after afew of their songs. Was tired. Suddenly became moody. Went to play computer game alone sulking. Dearie knows me so well. He knows exactly what I'm brooding over. He managed to untie the knot in my heart and I felt tons better. Really love my future hubby so much! He made me feel so secured n warmth. Most importantly, he sees through my heart. How can I live without him? =)

Back to work today. Have been on two days mc yesterday and the day before. Very bad influenza I had caught. Bad stomach flu. But I'm getting better, I think. Wednesday morning went to see a doctor. Stayed in bed the whole morning and afternoon. Yingmei darling came for her invitation card and yet I was too sick to keep her accompany. Great thing was, she's considerate and caring enough to come up and get it. Thanks sis! Continued to sleep til evening til Dearie came back. Had no appetite the whole day. Didn't manage to eat anything filling. Woke up played Mahjong for awhile. Lost 10bucks. Darn. Couldn't concentrate with my heavy head. Rested on the sofa until Dino, Ade and CY came over for their invitation cards. It got stuffy, thus after the 9pm drama, we headed to the basketball court for some drinks and chats. They so sweet. Told me to bring my jacket along. Stayed for an hour or so then Ade and CY walked me home while they went to get their bike. So sweet of them. Nice chatting with them. Hope to meet up every week. Reached home, took my medicines then fell alseep shortly after.

Yesterday woke up at 8.30am due to Mummy n Peppy's bickerings. My cute lil pup insisted on sleeping beside me. Mummy don't allow as she is worried BB might get asthma. So i got awoken. Since I had slept so much the day before, I woke up to watch some dvds. Was on msn with Candy then we decided to meet up for some shoppings. Mrt-ed to PS. Went to give Ying a pleasant 'take-away' surprise. Passed her the invitation card then Candy and I started our shopping spree. Shopped around in PS and found nothing to buy. So we cabbed to Bugis next. Had QQ mee first before we strted shopping. Went to the Bugis Street. Saw Zeyong and Freddy. They sent their blessings and chatted for awhile. Candy and I bought some clothes then headed to Seiyu. After which, we mrt-ed home. Dearie packed dinner for me. Bought prawn porridge. Yummy. Played MJ and lost 10bucks during the first round. Second round no-win-no-lose. Hees. After which watched Tv with Dearie then headed to bed. Chatted with Dearie for soooooo long! Only managed to sleep hours later. It was a great chat. We teased each other and made faces. Dearie talked to his BB as usual before he sleep. Great night.

Woke up feeling very dizzy and weak all over. Mummy fcuked. She asked me to see a doctor last night, I refused. This morning got worse, she got angry. Bathed and changed and headed to work. On the way to interchange, I feel so light. It was like I was going to faint anytime. Feel so weak all over. Didn't want dearie to be late for work, I asked him to hop on the bus first. He refused, he wanted to wait til Ivan come down before he leave for work. Finally Ivan came down the dearie went off to work. Ivan accompanied me to the doctor's. Doctor diagnosed I had a slight fever and stomach flu which caused so much coughing. Collected my medicines then went home to rest. I am so tired. Going to get some sleep now. Bye!

Woke up with bad headache, influenza and bad cough. Darn. Backaches are killing me! I'm so tired. This morning I refused to wake up. Tireds!! Very busy with wedding preparations. I'm getting very forgetful. I forgot to ask about my FIL's suit. Got to pen everything down. My throat is so itchy laa! I feel so uncomfortable. Dearie ask me to go see doctor, but I dowan to miss work. Not so good laa. The worst thing is my gynae told me not to eat Panadol unless very high fever. So I only can let it recover itself. Mummy said I must be overtired. I think so too. This Saturday going shopping with Dearie. Gotta buy new clothes and stuffs for wedding. Did some online survey thingy. Dearie and I went to pick up our wedding bands after work yesterday. Wow.. they are magnificent! It's the one n only design. =] Dearie modified something I chose and they became something only the both of us owns. Beautiful. *smiles* Went to the moon cake fair. Dearie was craving for moon cakes. Bought some from Bengawan Solo. Delicious! After which, we waited for Darling Ailing to arrive. She was caught in some discussions. Went to buy our dinner as soon as she reached. Pepper was not at-all active when he saw a guest come. *shrugs* Dearie urged ailing to pat Pepper on his head and sayang him, but my poor girl is worried Pepper might bite her nose! Haha. After some time, she finally patted my dog. We watched TV together til 9pm then Ailing left for home. Dearie and I finished the 9pm drama the headed to bed, skipping supper. Haven't rested and watched TV for so long. It's really nice to have Dearie cuddling me in his arms. We chatted about how we got to know each other and that we are finally getting married next week. Dearie talked about BB's future. He say he hopes for a BB boy. I told him BB girls are more close to Mummy and they are so sweet. We shrugged. Hees. Soon, we will know BB's gender. =]

Dearie and I will be picking up our wedding bands tonight. Next week our new bedroom set would be arriving. Wow, everything is happening so fast! Hees. The date to our wedding dinner is nearing. I'm so excited! BB is around 14 weeks now. Just fed my lil BB! I eat and eat and eat. I'm getting so fat loh. Yet MIL they all say no diff wors! Haha. Maybe too thin then to them no differences. I'm getting backaches nowadays. So tired, you know! My back sore like crazy! Need some good massage and definitely more rest. Meeting ailing sis after work this evening. Planned to pack dinner to my home then she wants to play with Peppy! My peppy cut botak liao le wors. He don't like being botak, will get angry de. Lols. Quite some time never meet ailing le. So glad we are meeting this evening. Too bad, darling aw is not free to join us. Every Monday is her busy-day!! Giggles. Bo bian lohs! *shrugs*

Some updates on BB's progress:

Your baby will definitely be making themselves known in the upcoming weeks. At about 3.5 inches long, baby's little body and limber limbs are coordinated enough for loads of complicated motions. In fact, baby's whole body is moving right now! The movements are recognizable on an ultrasound. Week 16 is the classic date as you can usually determine whether your little one is going to pee standing up or sitting down. Your baby is also starting to develop the ability to move their eyes this week, although the eyelids still remain fused shut. What's more, they can make all sorts of fun facial expressions as they practice squinting, frowning, and grimacing.

Haven't been updating for a long time. Hees. Very very busy laa! Last week worked til Wednesday then on leave til today. Thursday went for my mani-pedicure session and shopping for my heels. Friday was our photo shooting. Wow.. Darn tired. Went for ps at 11am, everything ended only at 7pm! 6 outfits, 6 hairdo. 5 indoor shooting and 1 outdoor. After ps, dearie n I had dinner at 130. After which, dearie joined his friends for dota-ing after sending me home. I was too tired. Supposed to meet Dino, Ade and CY for k-session, but I was simply too tireds. *sorries* Eyelids were drooping. Bathed, changed then immediately fell asleep. Saturday slept in at home til late afternoon. Went Lily aunt's home with Ivan in the evening for dinner. After dinner and family gathering, Precious aunt drove me to meet dearie. We went to give out the invitation cards. Played a game of billiard with dearie then I played CS while they played Dota. Hees. My lil BB had reactions while I played CS. I think BB is enjoying the actions! Haha. Played only for awhile as I don't want BB to get too close with such action games. Too violent. Lols. I got tired so dearie ended his game and we cabbed home together. Headed to bed after a hot bath. Sunday woke up early and went to get the traditional things for my wedding with Mummy and Precious aunt. We had dim sums first then headed to get my stuffs. Wow, little did I know there are so many customs and things to follow. The little things actually came up to a few hundreds bucks! But Mummy say it's worth it! She only have a daughter! Hees. I love mummy to bits =) I learnt so many things that morning. Some of the traditional things I have never heard before too. But I would follow all of them be it traditional or what. I know all is worth it. After buying the red stuffs, we met up with Dearie and Ivan to go choose our photos. The photos aren't really nice. My eyes and face swollen due to water retention. I'm so fat lohs! Dearie still say very nice! I'm not pleased at all loh. Fat! Fat! Fat! But dearie say nvm, next time BB arrived liao, wait til I slim down then take again. Hees. After choosing our pics, dearie and I cabbed to ah ma's home for dinner. Ah ma cooked Bak Kut Teh for us. They ask me go up eat loh! Must be want to see their grand-grand BB! Hees.. After dinner, we shopped around with future MIL and Loon at the nearby shop houses then cabbed home for MJ session. Dearie won $10 while I won $20. Lols. Took bird nest before heading to bed! Great treat for BB!

Very very busy these few days. *Sweats* Loads of things to see to. Dearie and I tired out ourselves so much. Buay tahan. But nvm laa.. all is worthwhile. Finally settled on our Bridal shop. Went down to place a deposit yesterday evening. Beautiful gowns they have. Dearie is so handsome in his suit loh! `loves*loves` I feel so xing fu.. Everyone is giving me the best! These few days mummy also very tired out. Simply love my mummy so much! In fact, everyone is busy with each and everything. The banquet venue has been settled. Bridal shop has been chosen. Photo shooting the next few days. This weekend going to buy our new bed and all the customary necessities. Invitation cards printing in progress. Everything almost done already. Tonight going for our fitting session. Poor dearie, he's deadbeat. But after this week, I guess everything would be less busy.

Raining cats and dogs this morning. Dearie and Mummy got me all wrapped up in a long sleeved top and extra tights to keep me warm. Dearie bought sandwiches and soy milk for me before heading to catch the bus. We are late again this morning. Don't blame us. Blame the rain. Hehs. Deleted some posts. More cleared now. Not as polluting anymore. This is my blog. I should keep it clean and nice instead of allowing pollutions here. I have done my part already. Back to updates over the weekends now.

Cabbed home from downtown east. Had a short nap. Chatted with darling ailing on the phone. Accompanied Granny to Jp. Mahjong-ed with Granny, Ivan and Dearie. Went Siam Kitchen for dinner with family. Dearie went out to play dota with Ricky. Family had another round of MJ. I was too tired thus fell asleep very early.

Families meeting. Had lunch with our families at the Soup Restaurant. Turned out great. Both families hit off well. Able to communicate well. Ordered lots of food. Both families discussed about the dates, traditions and procedures. Dearie and I learnt alot of new things too. After lunching, Dearie went to settle the bill then all of us went to look at the wedding bands. Dearie also like the one I chose so he placed a deposit on them. Will be picking them up next week! I love our wedding bands so much!! They are so beautiful and sweet.

Dearie and I headed to buy some stuffs so our families left first. Dearie bought me a pair of new flats as I shouldn't be wearing too much of heels. Headed to get my milk powder. Bought a small tin as they are worried I might not like it. So still can switch to other brands. Dearie so sweet loh! Cos I dowan to drink milk powder, he said he would drink with me! Hees. Dearie went to buy 4D before we headed home. My relatives were at my house went we reached home. We MJ-ed again. Dearie and I shared. Granny won. Haha. Had a nap after MJ. Woke up only at 8pm. Was very hungry and craved for my favourite fried fish beehoon soup. So dearie brought me for dinner at jw. After dinner, dearie bought some pepper crabs. We went to look for mummy nearby before heading home together.

Morning people =) ! I believe many of you had great laughs upon reading my blog. I did too, i hope the laughs would wash away your morning blues! I read a few jokes this morning which I find really interesting. Let me share them with you to add on to your laughter.

Silent Treatment

A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment. Suddenly, the man realized that the next day, he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight. WIFE VS. HUSBAND

Hello!! Morning sunshine!! I'm feeling so goody good today! Yesterday, most of the things were settled. Gonna be very busy the next few weeks. =) Mummy bought dinner for us. Dearie and I went Jp to get some groceries. Went to buy washing powder and some CHICKEN shoulder butt at NTUC. After which, Dearie bought loads of food!! Egg tarts, bread, sushi, my favourite rolls, favourite strawberry milk, broccoli and many other food! He say so that when I'm hungry i will have no frets! So good =) Went to get dried scallops but no more ler. Missed Dearie's scallop porridge!! Went breadtalk to buy some nice cakes then headed home for dinner. Guess what mummy bought for dinner? CHICKEN rice again! Simply can't do without CHICKENS! Like Mac, I only eat McSpicky -- CHICKEN also. Haha. Lubba Dubba Deh! Love CHICKENS!! Ade going to treat me go KFC eat CHICKEN some time this week! Really... CHICKEN is becoming my favourite food! I'm going to eat it!! TASTY!!

Reached home, had dinner while Dearie and mummy discussed some details. After that, looked at Dearie vacuumed and cleaned the room for me. He kept chasing me out of the room loh. He said "dusty no good!!" Haha =) But i insisted laa. Cos i can't do anything so must accompany dearie mah! After cleaning the room, we went to the hall to watch Tv. I grew hungry again! Dearie poured strawberry milk for me and fed me some breads. We finished up the sushi we bought earlier too. Hees. Dearie and I laid on the bed to chat before sleeping. We talked about our plans. Chatted til 50 years anniversary loh! Haha. My silly old man then! Mummy walked into the room with Bird Nest. I don't like the essences so i fed Dearie with it. Aha! Finally finish the whole thing. Delicious.
I felt LOVED.

Saturday

Happy Birthday, Dana!

Dearie and I brought Ivan and Grace to Sakae Sushi for lunch. Had loads of food. Yummy! After lunch, Dearie went to meet his friends whille Ivan accompanied me to buy present for Dana. Yingmei and Linjing came over to fetch me at 6pm. Headed over to Yingmei's home for the celebration. Time seems to fly so fast. Dana is two years old already. Seeing YM so successful and strong, I feel so proud for her. =] Edgar, Ah gu and two of YM's friends were there too. Caught up abit with our old friends. Everyone changed abit here and there. It's great to see everybody doing great. Lil Dana looked beautiful in her lil princess outfit. So adorable! She has two birthday cakes!! Xing fu right? Hees. After cake cutting, we chatted for awhile before heading for a fag downstairs. After math, Edgar fetched me to Je and Jing to Boat Quay as he was cabbing to Bedok as well.

Met Dearie at Je. Had dinner again with Dearie and Ricky. Planned for MJ during dinner. After eating, we played tag with Ricky and Pipe. And we won lohs! Haha =] Couple's league!!! Cheers~! After afew games, we cabbed to my house for MJ. Played three 'poks' til morning. The third 'pok' i actually dozed to sleep on the table loh! Haha =) See how tired am I!! Dearie won $60+ while i lose $45. Duh~! Sianz ½ loh. Cleared the MJ table and I headed to bed right after washing up.

Sunday

Stayed at home the whole day. Was supposed to go for cousin Chloe's birthday BBQ de. But we were all too tired from the MJ the night before. Watched DVDs after lunch Dearie prepared. After dvds, i fell back to sleep til 8+pm lohs. Went 651 for dinner then headed home for more sleep. zzZZzz...!!
