Mummies and babygirls' outing this afternoon. =)

Met up with Ting and Lynn at JP. Lunch-ed at Bento Box. After the mummies have eaten, it was the baby girls' turn. Three mummies, three baby girls and three prams/strollers, certainly attracted loads of attention. Many eyes were on us. But who cares? LOLs. There's this auntie at Bento Box who shot us a weird question. She asked, "Are they triplets?" *o.O* Lynn was kind enough to answer her "No.." Funny or weird? *shrugs* I don't know, you decide. =x After eating, feeding and changing diapers, we went over to Kiddy Palace to get my stuffs. I bought a new Avent milk bottle and a 6-usage baby carrier which Ting recommended. And yes, it's RED in colour. I simply can't resist laa! Thanks to Ting's membership, I got discounts. Haha. After we left, I then realised I missed out buying Keida's 摇摇. Duh~! *forgetful*

Headed to 77th Street next. Lynn wanted to get earrings, if I'm not wrong. Keida didn't sleep throughout the outing. She was cranky halfway through. She was groggy and sleepy, but couldn't get to sleep, I believe. She was so pek chek that she wailed 3/4 of the time. Both Ting and Lynn tried to coax her but to no avail. She ONLY wanted her mummy. She's so used to me. I'm starting to worry what will happen to her when I resume work. Hais. Both mummies agreed Keida is such a fierce baby. *faints* Soon after we settled down at Mos Burger, she fell asleep in my arms. Thank Goodness!! Ivan came down to help me with my purchases as I need to carry Keida. I cannot carry her with one hand and control my pram with another. Really got to salute Lynn and Ting for managing to do so. Headed for home after chatting for awhile.

Enjoyed myself meeting up with my two friends and their adorable baby girls.
It's such a pity we didn't get to take photos of them together. -.-
Baby Sapphire is so active. I love her "Beckham's feat." LOLs.
Baby Amberlyn is so sweet looking. Especially when she smiles in her sleep.
We shall meet up soon, hopefully with more mummies and their lil ones. :)

Baby Keida turns two months old today!!

Her progress:

-wears M-size diapers
-turns 5kg
-drinks 150ml of milk at 3-4hrs interval
-her eyeballs follows moving object
-starts making noises like 'ang ge', 'ooh', 'eee' and 'ahh' etc
-smiles widely when her daddy plays with her
-giggles when being tickled
-tries to hold the milk bottle during her feeds

-starts to like bathing
-starts to drink more water
-tries to flip over
-wants to sit upright
-lifts her head to look around
-responds to nursery songs she have heard before
-recognises people and voices
-moves her limbs more and faster

And last but not least,
she is getting very naughty! Lols.

A strong sense of satisfaction as I see her growing.
I'm a happy mummy. :)

Saturday.

Had a date with Hubby. Just the two of us. MIL took care of Baby Keida for us. Cabbed to Orchard after lunch. Went to DFS. I wanted to shop for Mother's Day pressie. Went to PRL to check out if there are any new designs. Still the same old few. Sianz! Went over to Burberry. Hubby loves the brand. Saw nice dresses for baby girls. I almost paid for one infant dress. Hubby stopped me, he said wait til Keida gets older. Infant clothes aren't worthwhile as they outgrow them very fast. Headed to LV to check out the wallet I was thinking of getting for mummy. Hubby thinks it isn't very nice. A vernis bag caught my eye. Oh no!! It is very small but very expensive. I don't think I will get to own one. Sad! =( I just love vernis designs so much. But too bad, I'm poor. =x

Conclusion: Left DFS empty handed. :(

Continued shopping. Went over Mango. Wanted to buy the shorts there. But I got no courage to try them on as I fear I might need super big size. Low morale loh. Hubby wanted to buy me the tees as he knows I always wear them before pregnancy. But thinking of my fat tummy protruding under the cloth, turns me off. Didn't buy any clothes in the end. I only feel good in dresses, where I can hid those fats. Went over to Takashimaya to help Hubby's cousin get doughnuts. But too bad, we can't find the shop. Went to the Burberry boutique there. Hubby thinks I should get a Burberry handbag instead LV again. Maybe when I strike lottery, I will get a new handbag. LOLs. I don't really fancy Burberry but I find the designs there pretty nice. Wait loh, til either of us strike lottery. =) Went over to Cine to get Hubby's favourite biscuits. I bought a pair of new flats at Tinkerbell. No mood for clothes that day. I suddenly missed Keida so much. So, our shopping trip ended there.

Cabbed back to Ah Ma's home. Cam-whored with Hubby on our way back. It was so much laughters! Haha. Baby Keida was having so much attention at Ah ma's home. I'm happy they love her. MJ-ed with Hubby's cousins. Shared with Hubby and we won some money. Haha. Cabbed back to MIL's home after which. It was the Chelsea and Man Utd's match. Exciting. We are all Man Utd's fans loh. Haha. I was hungry thus I went downstairs to buy food. The whole coffee shop is so packed! All their eyes glued to the TV on the big match. I believed majority was Chelsea's fans. They roared when Chelsea was given a penalty kick and scored. Their loud cheer made me jumped! LOLs. Finally my food was ready. It took such a long time. I believed it was due to the attention on the match laa. Even when I paid, the hawker took such a long time to give me my change. Faints! That night, MJ-ed with Hubby and his cousins. This time we were on our own. Played two poks and I was the sole winner. Haha. Headed to bed close to 4am. I was super tired!

It was family day. Cabbed home after breakfast and buying new diapers for Keida. She's only two months old and she cannot fit into S-size anymore. I have a fat baby girl. Haha. Had one pok of MJ with Precious' friend, Uncle You and Granny. Shared with Hubby and we won. Precious' friend left for JB after math. Precious, Granny, Hubby and I continued with the 2nd pok. In the end, Hubby was the sole winner. His tiles were extremely good, according to mummy. Because we played at a higher rate, I lost all of my previous winnings. So sad laa!! =( After MJ, Mummy treated to all to dinner because she tio-ed first prize on Saturday. So good! Why I never tio siah? Haha. We had crabs, sea bass, verggies and fried you tiao. Very nice dinner. Hubby enjoyed the different cooking of crabs. Haha. After dinner, all of us left for our homes separately. I love Sundays at home.

Haven't blog for the whole week.
Turning mouldy here?!!
Busy!!! Not only with Keida, but also with MJ. Lols.
Brief updates on the week.

Met up with Julia and Meiting (with Baby Sapphire) on Tuesday at IMM. Brought Baby Keida along. Had late lunch over at the HK cafe. Baby Keida was throwing tantrums. I guess she's angry that I carried Sapphire in front of her. Haha. Fortunately, Julia helped me coax my lil brat, if not I won't be able to finish my food. Haha. Cabbed to MIL's after which. Had two poks of MJ with Amanda and her friends. Lost alot initially. Heng arh, Hubby helped me to recoup and won back some money instead. LOLs.

Darling Ailing and Aw came over to play with Baby Keida on Wednesday. Finally, Miss Aw saw Baby Keida! Hees. Sorry darlings, for having to leave without me seeing you off. Thanks for dropping by. Loves..!

On Thursday, Hubby treated me dinner at Fish and Co. It was an early monthsary dinner as I was meeting my darlings on Friday. Thanks to Uncle Henry who helped us babysit Baby Keida. It was a nice dinner for two. Appreciated.

Friday. Hubby was nice enough to look after Baby Keida while I go shopping. Met up with Darling Aw and Ailing for dinner cum shopping. Had QQ Mee as usual. Bought two new dresses and a nice top for work. Supper at Xin Restaurant after math. The baked rice I had was so salty. Expensive restaurant, I think. BIL sent us home after which. I was missing Baby Keida so much that night.

Yesterday wasn't that smooth for me. But nevertheless, I shall not let such affect me so easily. Heard from Grace in the afternoon. She's such a bestie. Always keeping in touch with me although Keida is keeping me busy! Thanks ger, appreciated =). Nights out with Darling ailing initially but cancelled. Stayed home instead. Nothing much to blog. Let the photos keep you occupied. =D

Dinner at 日本村 yesterday with Loon, Candy and Ah Jun. The atmosphere there is nice. I like the ceiling lights there especially. The decoration of the lights is beautiful! Reasonable pricing there. The bill was less than a hundred for the five of us. Beside our table sat an actor (from a recent drama on ch8) with his friend. I told Hubby before that I find him good looking when we were watching the drama. I couldn't agree more when I saw him in person yesterday. Haha. Headed back to MIL's after math. Stayed over. I like our room pretty much. I feel that lesser furniture made the room cosier and nicer. Thumbs up to the colour of our bedroom and the new queen sized bed with new cover. =D Practically all in RED. I just love RED laa! It makes me SUPER happy!! *BIG SMILES*

I made a terrible mistake yesterday. I thank GOD whom made me realised in time before things got disastrous. I forgot to turn off the stove. I think it's a very serious and careless mistake. I was sterilising the milk bottles after putting Baby Keida to bed. After approx two hours, I realised a burning smell. Then, I remembered I was boiling some thing! I ran to the kitchen and hurried turned off the stove. The milk bottles have already melted and there's not a drip of water left. Next, I quickly opened the door and window for ventilation. I was so scared!! I closed the room door to prevent Baby Keida from inhaling the bad gas. If I haven't realised in time, a fire might have broken out. I blame myself for being so careless and forgetful! How could I?!! Baby Keida was in my care, I shouldn't have made such a mistake! I swear I will be more careful in future. There will nv be a second to it. Thank GOD once again, for saving me and Baby Keida.

Lunched at Pizza Hut yesterday. It was Ivan and Grace's treat. Baby Keida was sleeping soundly when we made our way there. Who knows when the food arrived, her eyes became so big! She must have smelt the food! Lols. So as usual, I didn't get to enjoy the meal. Duh~! After lunch, we went to Courts to look at the televisions. When she saw so many TVs, she smiled widely. I know infants cannot see clearly. But every time I watch TV, she seems to enjoy it also. Haha. Headed home after math.

Resuming work in two more weeks. Baby Keida has grown attached to me. She demands for me to put her to sleep. She wants only me to carry her at times. In the afternoons, she looks for me. Last night she hugged me so tightly that I almost choked. Hubby laughed upon seeing that. I'm worried that she might cry alot when she don't see me after I return to work. So I planned to move in with my in laws earlier. So that she will get used to my MIL as well.

I'm still 10kgs away from my pre-pregnancy weight! I am going to faint laa. When will I be able to regain my pre-pregnancy size? I miss my jeans loads! I want to fit into my old clothings!! Mothers' Day is around the corner. What do you all have in mind for your mothers? Let's share ideas! In years to come, when Baby Keida learns how to talk, I wanna hear her wish me too! Haha. I know I'm thinking too far away! =D
