Supposed to have a department meeting but postponed due to another project meeting. Very confusing hohs? Haiya! Office is like that. Meetings and meetings! So in the meantime, I shall blog on my weekends. Brought Keida for a shave on Saturday morning. Hubby was feverish and unwell so I went with MIL. Keida didn't throw tantrums, cry nor move about. She was well-behaved, I am proud of her. The trick to it was, to apply white sugar on her lips right before her haircut. I think it's bcos it will keep them distracted by tasting something new and sweet. It works for many babies. You might want to try it. OMG! I was worried initially that Keida might fidget about and the barber might cut her. Luckily none of these happened. Baby Keida looked at the huge mirror curiously. So cute lor! I took pics while she had the shave. But sad to say, my hp was spoilt. All datas lost in the breakdown. Sobs. Hopefully I can bluetooth the pics over from ah long's hp. After her shave, ah ma exclaimed that she looked even more like Hubby. LOLs. =) MJ-ed at ah ma's house after which. Huishan's bdae celebration at U-Bar at night. Didn't join them as Hubby was sick.

My family and I went to The Ultimate's open house on Sunday. Hubby was sick so I volunteered to help him utilise his session. LOLs. Had lower back massage and the Golden Rose facial for only S$10 each. Buffet reception after math. Mummy signed a package with them. Next time we can go together. Many crowded around Keida. All commented that she's such a good girl and also, very very chubby. They couldn't resist pinching her cheeks. Hees. One asked me for Keida's gender. I accidentally said "BOY". Oops! Haha. They laughed when I made a mistake on my own baby. Bo bian, she really looks like a boy plus her shave made her more boyish! Haha. Shopped at IMM in the noon. Went to KIDS MALL and saw so many clothes I like. I almost bought a jumper for boys for Keida. But Mummy and MIL told me not to dress her up like a boy all the time. Haha. Bought two stuff toys, piglet and tortise for Baby Keida and a Levis polo tee for Hubby also. MJ-ed back at Mummy's home in the evening then headed back home. Frog leg porridge for dinner at bt timah with in laws after math.

Chatting with Huihui on MSN. She mentioned the swimming course for babies. I find it interesting. Feel like bring Keida for it since it's affordable and fun. I think it will be good for babies to start young. They will grow to love the water and not be afraid. I want to sign up for the course. Hope Hubby and Mummy will agree with me. Today is the 30th already. Yet I haven't got my cheque. Sibei dulan. I waited since last Thursday loh. Argh~!!! Feel like going KUISHIN BO for dinner tonight. Got to check with Hubby later. Mummy's Birthday celebration. (27th June 2008)

Celebrated Mummy's birthday at Ah Yat's on Friday. The seafood there were all gigantic. Haha. Not our first time there, but I still feel excited choosing the seafood. LOLs. Baby Keida was well behaved. She slept comfortably in her pram while we eat. Mummy was so happy that evening. Hubby gave her a Polo Ralph tee-shirt and a self-written card. Ivan and I gave her a Polo Ralph blouse. Grace gave her a beautiful sunflower. I forgot to mention that Mummy loves Hubby ALOT. Dinner was sumptuous and delicious. That explains why the restaurant is always so packed. =) Mummy, again, didn't failed to buy Keida new clothes again. Coincidentally, it was from PRL too. Haha. I guess Mummy and I are the same species. We buy things that we like for others. Kekes.

Keida turns four months old!!

A little bit more and my new skin will be ready. Really thanks to Carine. She helped fussy me edit here and there umpteen times. *touched* Leaving office at 3pm later. Going back home to bring Keida. It's Mummy birthday today. We are going for a dinner celebration. Hubby said he can manage alone, but I still feel better if I do it myself. Haha. Received an email from Mediacorp. It's with regards to the Super Mummy competition. But I don't think I will be going for it. Cos I know where I stand laa. Haha. Initially I took part out of fun but days after, I totally forgotten all about it. Lols. I feel that Huihui's cousin will eventually emerge as the winner. Don't siao siao, she's really S-U-P-E-R!

Met up with Minhui after work yesterday. She looked great. I simply love her figure laa. I feel so fat loh. Faints! Got to know a new friend, Regina. A very friendly and nice lady. She studies Law and seems to know many things! I think she's very capable. Not a problem if she were to start her own family in future. Dinner at Swensens then shopped around for awhile before heading home. We bought a few Neutrogena masks each. Hope it's good and really helps in whitening. It has been so long since we last met up for dinner chats. Had great time with them. More meet ups when free. =] Slept only at 4am last night due to being so obsessed in my PSP game. Merely two hours of sleep! I feel so tired and giddy at work today. Bring Keida for her haircut tomorrow. BOTAK! hahas. She turns 4 months old this Sunday!

P.S: I can't wait to see the BIG BIG smile on Mummy's face when she sees her pressies later!

Happy Birthday, Mummy!

You are the one always there for me no matter what happens.

When I found out I was expecting, I was confused and scared. But you told me gently, "Mummy will always protect you and Ivan. I won't let any harm come to you both!" Tears filled my eyes. I felt more secured and relieved. You were the one who was behind me all the way. You gave me strength to face it. And now, I have Baby Keida, my precious sweetheart. I'm glad I didn't give her up. You started loving dogs bcos I do. You loved my husband like your son. You please my in laws for my sake. You never forsaken me. You chose my welfare over your pride.

It will never be enough to write down all you have done for me.

Headache!

Back to work today. Sianz loh. Really dragged myself out of bed and onto the bus this morning. I'm so sick siah. I don't want to continue here. But I need to wait for a new opportunity. If not, who feed Keida? haha. Hubby has resigned ler. Now, I got to come work alone. I didn't even go for lunch just now. No appetite plus no mood. Plus my stupid superior who was pestering me the whole morning on stupid issues. I want to get out of here laa!

Went over to Ying's office yesterday. Applied for the Marketing Executive position. Ying's boss was a good man. The job scope he briefed me on was interesting also. It all depends on what his decision will be. I hope to get the job though. I miss working with my dearest sis! Hees. After interview I asked XiaoQuan to accompany to Orchard. Wanted to go get Mummy's birthday present. Before we even reached our destination, damages were done to my pocket again. MANGO was having sale. And yes, I bought a few more tees and spags for myself and MIL. Shopped around DFS, I am growing to love the Neverfull PM so much! Not forgetting the vernis tote, simply irresistible! I just love all of them so much. The polo tee I wanted to buy for mummy was OFS at DFS. Thus, we went over to Paragon's outlet. Finally chose the gift after some time. Another big hole to my pocket. But it's okay, it's for Mummy's birthday anyway. =)

Met up with Ying when she knocked off. Cabbed home together for MJ. Won a little bit in the end. Ying said Keida looks fairer and fleshy. LOLs. She has decided to train Baby Keida to call her "Ying Mama". So cute right?! Haha. Wanted to take pictures of them tgt, but my hp was spoilt at that moment. Silly Yings thought it was bcos of her. Wahahas! It has been a long time since we have frequent meet ups. Really love spending time with her. All these years our friendship is still growing so strong. Like I said before, the only distance btwn us is not coming from the same 'V'. Haha. i'm crude, I know. I am very touched when Yings told me she will be getting one of my loves for me. At that moment, tears really filled my eyes. Even Hubby doesn't pampers and loves me as much as she does. I'm really very fortunate to have a BFF like her. She always fufills my wishes. She is one I can confide everything into. Even the darkest secrets.

Then, my superior, Daud, came to me again.

Just reached home not long ago. Accompanied Hubby for 'number ball' game with Arvyn and his camp mates. Small world after all, we all know each other. Arvyn came to pick us up. Wow, his car is beautiful. Envious! When would I get my license? When would I get my first car? Haha. I went for an interview today. I'm not really interested in the job. Anyway, going over Ying's office for an interview tml. Hope to get the job. I just need a better paying job will do. Bless me! Went Farm Mart for prawning with Hubby, Ah Loon, Arvyn, Stella and Shi Hua this evening. Shi Hua was so funny. He accidentally got his line hooked to some Uncle's spectacles. The scenario was super hilarious. I couldn't control and burst out laughing. Bought stingray, otahs, bbq quails and mussels home after math. Nice seafood, but I don't like the bbq quails. I find it weird to eat them once I think if it. Hubby ordered macdonalds for me. I'm waiting for my supper now. I'm putting on extreme weights with suppers almost every night. NO DOUBTS! =x

Went for another interview this afternoon. Don't know whether it would be sucessful. But from it, I understand that 'Qualifications' are indeed very important. Hais! Prawning with Hubby after which. Each got a rod but I ended up storing the hours as I hurt my finger. Sobs! BIL came to fetch us after math. Drove to Sheng Siong as they wanted to buy crabs. The brothers are forever buying crabs! Eat til scared lor. LOLs.

Weekends were pretty normal. Saturday went Ah ma hse for MJ. Upgraded. Learnt to play the 'pok' style. LOLs. Initially won alot. Beginners Luck. But in the end, lost S$70. Boo!! =x Accompanied Hubby to watch soccer til wee hours. The rain was SUPER heavy when we cabbed home. The wind was STRONG enough to push us! o.O Brought Baby Keida over to my dad's place on Sunday morning. He haven't seen her for some time. All sang praises to my MIL's upbringing. They were grinning to see such a plump baby. Hahas. MJ in the evening with my family. Dinner after MJ then we headed home.

Baby Keida brought LUCK again. Striked 4D on Sunday. Although very little won, I am HAPPY!
